Résumé : | "Every year, hundreds of newly certified IBCLCs begin their careers as independent clinicians. The first few weeks of unsupervised lactation practice can be filled with excitement, a sense of fulfillment, and sometimes, fear. Despite all of the education and the thousands of hours of clinical experience, lactation consutants(LCs)may find that self-doubt can wash away the confidence that came with the news of passing the certification examen. For some LCs, mild anxiety can be a source of energy and focus. For others, fear may become a barrier to practice." (Extrait de l'article) |
